Service Description

This is a structured, one-on-one session designed to help you understand how you’re wired — your personality patterns, core strengths, and psychological needs — so you can make decisions and design your life in ways that actually fit you. This is not therapy or coaching. It’s focused self-work using well-researched tools and expert synthesis. This may be a good fit if you: • Feel capable but chronically misaligned or depleted • Want a deeper understanding of your strengths and tendencies • Are navigating a transition, burnout, or identity shift • Prefer insight and understanding over advice or accountability What we’ll use • Carefully selected, evidence-based assessments • Plain-language interpretation (no jargon, no labels) • Education that helps you understand why patterns exist What you’ll leave with • Clear insight into your strengths and dispositional patterns • A better understanding of what supports vs. drains you • Practical guidance for using this insight in daily life Would you like more than 90 Minutes? Add on an Extended Intensive option. This option offers additional time and depth for those who want a more expansive exploration. This may be a good fit if: • You want to integrate multiple aspects of identity, work, and wellbeing • You appreciate slower pacing and deeper reflection • You’re in a period of significant transition or reevaluation What this session includes • Extended synthesis and integration • More time for questions, reflection, and application Optional Extensions Some clients choose to extend this work with additional sessions or a short series.
